Question

For question B3, I have some issues understanding what our expected final product after a,b, and c is. Do we have to draw a box with its top left corner at any x,y postion, then draw the blue and red rows of box; or do we have to draw the blue and red row of boxes at any x,y position ?

The final product should have a RED box in the top left of the graphic and the BLUE boxes underneath it in the bottom left of the graphic.
If you look at the picture provided on CSC211 MidTerm2 Fall1617 for B3, you can figure out the placement of the BLUE boxes from that.
