Apart from the information we have in the pdf file, does anyone have a format or idea on how the presentation should look and how we should present the demo?

We are formatting it pretty similarly to what the Friday semenar presenters have been doing to discuss their research. We have a breif intro explaining the over all purpose of our project. Then we are discussing our UML while showing how it implements design patterns and principals. Then we will demo just by walking through the different features of our code. Then team insights, acknowledgements, and finally questions.

For the presentation, you can start with the slide show explain the stuff on the slides then move on to the main live demo on the projector screen showing all the features in your project along with your group members. I think a brief presentation containing all the aspects in Memo 3B, would give sufficient time for the demo and for questions from the audience!
