I doubt this is high priority, but if you want to do it, it might be easiest to have up/down arrow buttons to move the selected entry. (Drag-and-drop would probably be better for the user, but harder to implement. )
we didn't even really think about adding that. i remember the client mentioning that would be nice but i don't think we're gonna worry about that now
