How are you studying for the upcoming exam? Does anybody have any cool resources or study strategies for it?
I'm referring back to the LinkedIn Learning course that we had to do on Design Patterns and I'm going to go back to the lab we did on Git commands recently. I'm also planning on looking at the DrawingApp and MovieTracker app and seeing what new features I can implement to gain a better understanding of how the programs work.
To be honest, I just look over the study guide, and if I can't answer the questions fully for the written portion I youtube it. Then for the coding portion I attempt to replicate the example tasks. I find keeping it simple works best
I also focus on the study guide in the beginning
I'm currently focusing on the study guide to study for the upcoming exam. It seems like the coding section has some valuable practice tasks, especially considering we might be working on the DrawingApp and MovieTrackerApp on the exam as well.
Honestly, I'm just making sure I understand everything on the study guide.
using the study guide and trying to recreate the drawingapp to make sure that i won't be lost if im asked to something similar in the exam
I am using the study guide and making sure I fully understand the drawing app and movie tracker app so I am not lost when I get to the exam.
I went through the study guide and write everything in the cheat sheet, will work on the part B tonight, hopefully it's not too hard.
I try to go through the study guide entirely with no aids first, to see what I know for sure, then go through it again to target the questions/concepts I did not know!
I am rereading the assigned readings on the UML and also watching some videos to make sure I have it down.
I'm studying at the group study session tonight in Olin
