Eclipse internal error: "Polling news feeds"

So whenever I use eclipse on my Mac I get the error message, "Polling news feeds" that states, "An internal error occurred during: "Polling news feeds". javax/xml/bind/JAXBContext" about every 10 minutes. It doesn't cause any problems but it is annoying. Does anyone else have this issue? Does anyone know what it means? Most importantly, does anyone know how to fix it?

you can go to Preferences-> General -> News, and untick the Enable automatic news polling option

you can change your laptop to a Windows laptop :))
