Do we need to submit all local files?

I'm currently working on Task 3 with VADER, but since I did not have access to my Augustana Mail for a few days, I decided to work with Spyder locally on my computer. I installed vaderSentiment locally, and might have made some changes to the data files.

You don't need to submit local data files -- but you should describe any manual changes to the datasets (e.g. with a comment at the top of your python code.)
