What should be my startFrame?

Do we want to be tracking each chick as soon as they enter the video or should we wait until all the chicks are present to start tracking? The first option sounds nice but makes things more complicated. Maybe we don't care about the data for one chick until the others are present anyway.

The researcher should be able to choose the start frame, but... assume that it is chosen at some time AFTER all the chicks have already been placed in the arena.
