Discord integration with Github using Webhooks

Our team has followed this tutorial to create a discord channel where Discord notifications are sent whenever a change is pushed to our team's repo in Github.

This is a useful feature to have so team members are notified when changes have been made in Github so they can pull new code and avoid future merge conflicts.
