Difference between Choice Box and Combo Box in Scene Builder?

Just curious what the difference/benefits are between the two.

From what I understand they're basically the same. However with a combo box not only can a user select from a list of predefined choices but they can also manually add their own choice. I believe that choice boxes can only be used with predefined choices.
