Is there a difference in saving the file between normal nlogo and 3D nlogo?

After the file name do I still put ".nlogo" or is it something different?

while saving it as a netlogo 3d file just use .nlogo3d

I think it might not open it in the NetLogo 3D if you share it rather appear in 2D.

If you save the file as ".nlogo", it will open NetLogo 2d and give you an error and suggest you open NetLogo 3d.
