When do we use the tracks vs. unassignedSegments List of AnimalTrack when it comes to manual tracking?

We are getting coordinates when we click on the imageView but we are confused on where to store those coordinates.

unassignedSegments comes from the AutoTracker, because it produces partial animal tracks that we don't know which chick they are assigned to.

I would picture that the manual tracker would store every clicked point into the tracks field.
