I assume we should follow a formal business cover letter format, and so far ours is modeled after one. The body of the cover letter covers the information for the software, but should we try and include like "business information" of addresses and stuff? Currently I just have information set as if we were just mocking a business. Didn't know if there's more specific formatting that would be better.

Our fictitious company is "ACE Consulting". You don't need to include addresses unless you want to -- but make sure to include your team name, and the names of all team members.
