Is there a way to go back and double check that it registered I have completed the lab?
You should be able to click "Performance Report" and see it. It will download a PDF and you might have to open it in Adobe Acrobat to view it or something similar.
There is a performance report button towards the top of the main virtual lab page and it will have you open it via PDF. I had an issue where I wasn't able to open it at first but using a PDF viewer of some sort should work. I heard that someone else didn't have all flags filled in and so they hadn't 'completed' the lab technically. Best of luck!
It appears that sometimes it is downloading the file with single-quotes around the name ('performance-report.pdf' instead of performance-report.pdf. Try renaming the file without the quotes, to get it to open more easily.
