What is the best way to study for a cs final? just re-doing old programs and assignments, practice it, watching videos?

Yes, also look back at the first two exams and look at the old exams on moodle.

Redo all the practice-it problems that we have done.
Look back at the 2 tests.
Practice with the Final Exam Review that professor Mueller posted on Moodle.

Also, get enough sleep the night before! (It's important to have a fresh and active mind for the coding portion... so don't stay up all night trying to cram stuff into a sleep-deprived brain!)
