Maybe this is a problem because I couldn't download SimplePaint.java and copy/pasted, but it wants me to edit the configuration and won't run properly until it's fixed. I don't know what the module should be or the "fully qualified name of the class that contains the main method" - is this an easy fix or should I just give up and start over?

I honestly am unsure about that, however I can assist with the downloading SimplePaint and keeping it from becoming a .txt file! So when you have it pulled up and click on save as, change the location to be directly into the Lab1 folder, the same place as App.java! If it still becomes a .txt, open the file in Intellij and right click on the SimplePaint tab at the top and it should give you an option to rename it. Just remove the .txt portion of the name and it should work!

I'm not sure what caused this either, but we found in office hours that doing the "reload" button under the maven side-tab fixed it.

When in doubt, reload Maven?

I'd say start over. I have no idea what the problem is. If you still can't get it to work I can try to look at my file and figure it out.
