Can't open Intellij

Question

I was doing fine with Intellij this afternoon but now when I opened it there is a error message said "Cannot connect to already running IDE instance. Exception: process 507 is still running". I tried to restart my laptop and a couple advice on stackOverFlow but it doesn't work

If restarting your computer didn't fix it, then you probably need to find the ".lock" file in the intellij config directory, and delete it.
