You could probably use LunaPic which is an online photo editor. You can make the image transparent and then download it back from the site. Then you could use the new image in the project

Ryan's answer is what I used in the past. If LunaPic doesn't work you can use https://www.remove.bg/. I've used this site before. If you are still having trouble Samridha, I can help if you send me the image in question. It's what group members are for :D

I used the google images filter for transparent background when searching for the image.

I usually look for PNG images. Most often than not, they turn out to be transparent.
