Why does boolean statement only return a true or false statement?

A Boolean statement will only return a true or false statement because Boolean statements are designed for creating true/false statements. Since computers use binary code, computer logic is often expressed using Booleans. Boolean statements use && and | | operators to compare values and return a true or false result.
