What is Binary code and why do computers use it .

Binary code is basically this:

10100011 100111010 10111010 10011011

The computer uses this kind of language because it is made of different parts which have only two states: ON and OFF. People found out that using only 1 for ON and 0 for OFF is the best way for computers to understand whatever we want them to do.
